Massage Therapy


Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. It can reduce pain, reduce tension, improve movement, improve flexibility, promote relaxation, improve energy levels, and decrease stress levels.

As a massage therapist, I work with each client to tailor our session to their individual needs. My modalities include Swedish massage, massage with cupping therapy, Zen Shiatsu, reflexology, Ayurvedic face and scalp massage, and Myofascial release.

I have created a special oil for my massages, blending Ayurvedic herbs with an apricot kernel seed base, promoting joint and muscle health.
